MuriPlan Installation Instructions

This guide will outline steps necessary to install MuriPlan software.

Minimum Software Versions

SarrpCS	4.3.1
SarrpPDC	2.0.1
SarrpDose	2.2.9

Procedure

Prerequisites

1. Install SarrpDose 2.2.9+
2. Install SarrpPDC 2.0.1+
3. Install SarrpCS 4.3.1+

Note! The above versions are the minimum required versions. If there are newer versions available, the newer version should be installed.

Note! There is no need to set up hardware drivers for the SarrpCS install if MuriPlan is going to be used offline.

Installing MuriPlan

1. Download and launch the latest installer of the MuriPlan software.
2. Follow the on screen prompts of the installer wizard. Be sure to check “Add MuriPlan to path”. This will add all the dlls and executables that MuriPlan needs to the path. All the other default settings should work fine out of the box.
3. Ensure that the C:\CBCT_Data and C:\SARRP_Data directories exist.
4. Download this sample scan:
   • Under construction
5. Create a directory called Columbia in the C:\CBCT_Data folder and unzip the download scan into it.
   • Note: the folder structure should look like: C:\CBCT_Data\Columbia\Cropped_Mouse\Cropped_Mouse.xst
6. Download these sample reconstruction protocols:
   • Under Construction
7. Extract: The sample reconstruction protocols should look like: C:\SARRP_Data\Mouse_Cropped.cal, etc.

Installing MuriPlan Side by Side with Previous Version

1. Download and launch the latest installer of the MuriPlan software.
2. Follow the on screen prompts of the installer wizard.
3. On the page Choose Install Location change the install location to something other than the default C:\Program Files\Xstrahl\MuriPlan. This will maintain the current installed version of MuriPlan and will install the new version in a different folder.
4. Proceed through the installer wizard as indicated in the steps above, leaving all the default selections.
